Not to cause a petty squabble, but In my defence they're all established systems, I know they're not for territorial gain as statistically they are worthless to me. But as stated on my civilisation sheet, if you'd take your time to read it, they compose individual areas of a larger, permanent, static area that are already defined as a home system, rather than a single system, having a bigger territory, less valuable than the others, gives slight logic to the idea of a tri-species coalition and safe black hole experimentation. Sorry that you can't comprehend that, and that I don't meet your criteria of sorts, the sectors are not a land rush of sorts. That's merely my current area, a large, almost Barren in parts, System.

Oh, speaking of, there are pretty significant problems in your application. Granted, this time they're primarily wording problems.
