Other roleplay universes.

Currently I've been thinking of adding another RP to spice things up, or two maybe. I'll explain them both and I want to know your opinion! Your own suggestions are greatly appreciated and will be considered. Note that I am not intending to replace AtS, I merely want to draw more people into the community and add more venues of RP.


Dies Irae, a fantasy roleplay involving several kingdoms a few years after the fall of a great human empire. The humans are split and growing accustomed to ruling themselves, and the races who once feared the empire are now more bold and aggressive. Ancient dark forces are at work, and the nations are on the brink of a massive war.


Too Close to the Sun, a roleplay, to put it bluntly, about super heroes. However this is going to be a , as usual, very dark theme. Basically a corrupt city that's New York City but not New York City where these freaks of society have congregated for whatever reason. Instead of AtS or Dies Irae, this RP will be focused on you and only your character.

First one looks promising.

Amongst the Ocean (idk im not good with names, bite me.) Basically this would be an RP revolving around a time period similar to the late 1600s and early 1700s. In a fictitious Caribbean-like setting, the player would/could become a captain of a ship, taking the role of anything from a merchant, a Navy captain, or even a pirate. Some fantasy would be included (such as vodoo, giant sea monsters, and a long list of conspiracies) but for the most part, it would aim to be as realistic (while still being fun) as possible.

I'm a fan of the fantasy (as long as the mythology is better than the original attempt; if you want, talk to me and I can help design it- I'm a student of history and mythology and would love to help out) and the super-hero ones.

Still think we should just focus on amongst the stars. Push too much into other rp's, and they all will collapse.
